Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a fabulous summer!! 🌞
I think my favorite holiday is the 4th of July—not necessarily because of the patriotic meaning behind it—but because it usually means a pool or lake day, sunshine, cold drinks, ice cream, and good memories with friends and family. To me, those things are the epitome of a good time.
I know I say this in every newsletter, but June was crazy busy. I’ve been working on several brands that I can’t wait to show you all soon! I also went on a few weekend trips, worked in my garden, and I am preparing to add another member to the WLL team!

Skyclarys Video Shoot
The new drug I take for my FA (the first ever treatment for FA) is starting a marketing campaign using actual Skyclarys patients. They sent a production crew from California to my home for a 2-day video/photo shoot.
It was such an amazing opportunity and I loved spending time with the crew. They had me in hair & makeup, I did an interview in my bedroom, and they even let me say “action” and do the clap board!

Meet Milo & Roscoe!
My partner, Koner, moved in with me at the beginning of June, which has been soo lovely! He also brought his cuties, Milo & Roscoe, with him.
I have never had an indoor pet before, so it’s been new to me, but I am absolutely loving having the boys here. They love to sleep in the chair behind me while I work, so I always have company during the day.

Craig, a friend from college, launched some new products in his studio, and I just love them so much. His art style is so fun and unique!
Garden Planter Box
My best friend’s dad (shoutout Lorin!) made me this custom planter box for my patio and I am having a blast tending to it. It’s a dream of mine to homestead someday, so this is my first taste at gardening!

Peach Basil Salad
I made this salad twice last month, and it is just so easy, fresh, and delicious! Perfect for a side dish at a grill out.
2 peaches, sliced
1 cup blackberries & blueberries
1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls, cut in half
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 lime, squeezed
1 handful fresh chopped basil
Add all the fruit to a medium sized bowl. Then add the lime juice, honey, and basil. Mix together and serve.
